Empowerment is an authority or power given to someone to do something. It is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one's life and claiming one's right. Thus, women empowerment is the process in which women elaborate and recreate what it is that they can be, do and accomplish.                 
  It is clear and obvious fact that no society can make progress without women education. That's why education in Islam id declared necessary for one's life. Islam has given a very honorable place to women.  In abroad women are working side by side with mom.
 Women are playing vital and active part in every field of life. Empowering girls and women is powered. Empowering women is the key to build a future we want.

Women's empowerment in Pakistan is totally depends on some variables that includes location i.e Urban and Rural areas, status of education etc. Women of Pakistan are mostly working to improve financial position of their respective households. Women's are contributing to Pakistan's economy in many ways . It is fair to say that women are undoubtedly the foundation of the basic unit of society, the family.

Women empowerment is such a big word and pretty common when it comes to safety or any other issue related to women. Today's women knows how to do multitasking. They have adopted a routine of taking care of her family along with working outside. We need to understand that women are powerful just they are suppressed under a load of unnecessary responsibilities. Empowering women can develop a society into a better society and education is one of the most important means of empowering women. Empowering of women helps in the development of society in many ways. The society develops morally, materially, educationally, culturally, and spiritually.
Women have a lot power to prove themselves they just need a chance to prove that they are super women. Women can do a lot of think then men can do . She can manage easily inside and outside of the house . 
Women's empowerment starts at a personal level only.
Women empowerment is a tool to develop a nation. Developing one sector of the society and remaining the other sector under-developed, won't make any difference in the growth of the nation. We need to take each section of society together in the path of development.
Empowering women is the main motto of the development department because an empowered mother with a child makes the bright future of any nation.

 Women empowerment is to motivate and develop women by promoting their participation in all areas and sectors, to build stronger economies, improve their quality of life and bring gender equality with an equal amount of opportunities. It is to help them to make their own decisions by breaking all their personal rules that the society and their family has created for them. It is to make them independent in all aspects from thought, mind, decision, wealth and to bring equality in society.
